Warranty Information:
We stand by our products and workmanship and warranty our products for life against manufacture defects.
Manufacture defects are defects in workmanship that are a result of our crafting. This does not include normal wear and tear or neglectful and abusive treatment of the products.
If something happens to your item(s) as a result of defective workmanship we will repair or replace them at our cost. If they have been damaged from wear and tear or even neglectful and abusive wear and tear, we will do our best to repair them at your cost.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs to us. We will cover return shipping to you once the repair is complete.
How to submit a repair and the process:
DO NOT JUST SEND SOMETHING TO US. PLEASE FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS AS LISTED.

Take pictures of the damage and include them in your email.
Include a brief description of the damage.
We will do a preliminary evaluation based on the pictures.
Once approved, we will reply with the address for you to send the item(s) to.
A email will be sent to you when we receive the item(s).
Repairs can take up to 4 weeks to complete, depending on material and work load, so please plan accordingly.
