• The spike pods are 3d printed from a special UV resin that is ultra strong and bio-compatible under ISO 10993-10 so it is skin contact safe.

• Resin spike pods can easily be disinfected with alcohol, bleach or any other cleaners. (Submersion of the pods for extended time is not recommended)

• Use them with your violet wand! Center rivet holding the spike pods go fully through to contact the skin, allowing them to be conductive!

• The spikes are VERY sharp! The design allows spikes to contact the skin at any angle while you move. The spikes ARE sharp enough to break skin if sufficient pressure is added.

To replace, break as much of the spike pod off as you can, exposing the post of the rivet. Carefully cut the rivet without damaging the glove. Insert the new rivet post from the inside through the exposed hole. Place spike pod over rivet post and carefully push rivet cap between the spikes onto the rivet post. Pushing sufficiently will keep the rivet cap attached to the post, making it easier to set. You can use a rivet setter or a small metal rod to set the rivet. Put the glove on a solid surface (stone countertops work perfectly!). Place setter over the cap, making sure not to come into contact with the spikes (the extra force MAY cause damage to the spike). With medium force, hit the end of the setter with a hammer. Do NOT hit it too hard! Too much force WILL crack the spike pod! It is best to err on less force. Pull on the spike pod to see if it properly set. If it comes off, repeat process and use a little more force.
